Ideal if you’re looking to break through a plateau, learn a new movement (like a dragon squat or muscle-up), or sharpen mobility in a targeted way. 
You’ll get full customization, monthly calls, and hands-on feedback to accelerate progress in a short, intensive block.

Value Benefit:
Most of the 3-month plans can be trained for far longer than the 3-month frame, allowing to make consistent progress after that period without the added guidance and support.
You will likely get multiple phases that you can continue to cycle through after or join our on demand coaching to continue to progress with our app.

All of our coaching plans include the same level of personalization: assessments, multiple program phases, adjustments, and when needed, even custom video content. The difference lies in how this workload plays out over time.


With a shorter commitment like 3 months, most people don’t come in with quick wins — they come with ambitious goals that are already a stretch for that timeframe. To give them the highest chance of success, we need to adjust phases faster, react more often to recovery, performance, and feedback, and compress the same level of setup and personalization into a much tighter schedule. That concentrated effort is why the monthly price of a 3-month block is higher.


With longer commitments, the same work can be distributed more evenly. We can manage progress step by step, follow a process-oriented approach, and make sure each adjustment is sustainable. There’s also a relationship aspect: over 6 or 12 months, we get to know you better, communicate more smoothly, and build trust in a relaxed, consistent way. That’s why longer-term commitments not only give you the most effective path to your goals, but also a lower monthly rate — while still receiving the same high-level coaching throughout.

No, if you start at a certain duration and decide to commit to longer terms, all upcoming months will only be charged at the final commitment time you chose, e.g. if you decide after 2 months of a 3 month block to extend to 6 months, your months 4-6 will all drop down to the 6 months rate of €349.

Unfortunately since we usually have extra effort to build a program for a shorter time frame like the 3 months with additional planning needed, we are not able to refund any of the already paid months when upgrading to longer commitments.

Every plan comes with Coaching Of Motion app access, our full program and exercise library, step-by-step progressions, and community support. The Feedback plan adds video form submissions, detailed coaching feedback, and direct support in the app. The 1-on-1 Coaching plan includes everything above plus onboarding and assessment, a fully personalized program, monthly calls, and a dedicated coach.

You can choose. All plans are billed monthly by default, but if you prefer to pay the full amount upfront, you’ll receive a 10% discount.

Yes. If you’re injured, traveling, or something unexpected comes up, we can arrange to pause your plan. That way you don’t lose months you can’t use, and you’ll still get the full value of your coaching.

That’s exactly what our Feedback plan is for. At €99/month, it gives you everything from the Programs plan plus video form submissions, detailed coaching feedback, and direct support in the app — without the full investment of 1-on-1 coaching.
